To assist Executors, we determine the deceased’s assets and liabilities and ensure a smooth estate administration process, including assisting with any potential court applications.

Tracey Purdam is Principal of Purdam Legal and practices primarily in Estate Planning, Probate and Letters of Administration for deceased estates. Prior to practising law, Tracey was a senior executive of non-for-profit organisations and Commonwealth statutory organisations in the sport and alcohol (and other drugs) sectors.
Tracey consults with financial advisors, accountants, barristers and other lawyers to deliver specialised estate planning and estate administration services to our clients.
